NASA Langley Research Center Tuesday, May 16, 2006 TechCast presents to NASA scientists and engineers William Halal gave a presentation to 200 of NASA's scientists and engineers at the Langley Research Center in Hampton Virgina recently. The talk was part of NASA's lecture series on THE FUTURE, and was hosted by Langley's Chief Scientist, Denis Bushnell, who also serves on the TechCast expert panel.
